The 3rd shot features the character from diagnol point of view. on rear side.On looking at this shot,it infers that he is looking into the box either he is searching some thing or taking something out.what he exactly does can be known from the next shot.
Now noting from the previous shots we can say that the lighting is pointed towards the box, which is going to give something that takes you to the next shot.so shot by shot we come to know that the actual composition of the shot helps build a scene either directly or indirectly.
next shot should either be a resultant shot lead from this box sequence, which can be summarised in 3 points :
1 . it may be a continous sequence which tells you what happens next that is lead from this box
scene.it could lead to a prop. that amy take you into next scene.

2. it may cut to other scene putting the audience to wonder, why is this jump?the reason is that this
would become a justification at the end or near end of the movie  whic has the direct relation to the     box scene.it may also be a prop. that could make the climax.

3. intercut scene showing what happens on the other side simultaneously, where both the scenes
happen to meet at a resultant scene showing actions as a result of the earlier 2 scenes.
the intercut scenes play inbetween giving the audience a roller coster ride effect, where the parallel       scene must have a fast pace action, resulting in accident.

On speaking on the lighting part,i have maintained the metaphor, pointing the caharacter and the action props which help to tell the story, without distraction.

Since i have not shown the face of the character, the suspense is well maintained.
we'll keep the suspense triggered on...

see you on next post

Storyboard - shot 5

tamizhpanimanai.com       view cinematics on  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGMc1YdNT_g                         This is a close shot. The camera shakes continue from previous shot. But why is this a close shot? In the previous post i explained that a prop. may get an importance linking 2 scenes at different sequence and may establish logic. On seeing the forthcoming scene ,the audience might feel wow or some undeciphered plot may come to be perceived well. So I have given this a close shot in order to show that it has got some importance in the narration and may come to unlock an important knot of the story. In the making the close shot of this key is shown in a lapse of time i.e,in few seconds and the shot cuts to next frame or scene. The shaky effect is to show the human nature as it is handled by human. This shaky camera frames is shown from the subject point of view.i.e, the character who is playing the rol

Storyboard...A script with visuals,without camera.

official website view cinematics on  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGMc1YdNT_g Hai.Here I have posted the second shot from the script.Lighting forms the path for the man.Its to indicate the visual metaphor. Its a dutchtilt shot.I have used this shot to increase the suspense level.even now i have hidden the face of the man beneath the flap of his hat.to be precise,i could better say that the placement of the hat in frame hides his face.the camera angle supports it.Let me increase the suspense in the forth coming shots. And remember that this is a sample work for one of my friends script. The man walks along the light.Naturally when we enter a room of dark,we would try to locate the inner with the available light.but here the light is directed through the door opening.Indeed the illumination is through the shape of the opening and the characterstic of the light is to travel in straight path as it can't bend. This di

Storyboarding...An Unsung craft
